Yoga invites us to take an inward journey. When we take the time to slow down our movements, we allow the space to observe may things we take for granted,like.... breathing! Our breath is very necessary in keeping us alive among other things, so practicing uniting (Yoga) with our breath has enormous benefits to our physical and mental health.
